Virox-Accel Liquid Wash 4 Litre - Instrument and Cart Cleaner

Accel Wash is designed for use instrument reprocessing and cart washing areas such as (but not limited to) Healthcare facilities, Central Processing Departments, Respiratory clinics, Emergency Services, Podiatry, Salons, Tattoo Parlours for the cleaning of medical devices, instruments and carts.

It is a very versatile formulation that has the ability to clean all soil types present on medical devices and instruments without the use of enzymes. The Stabilized Hydrogen Peroxide in Accel Wash also has the added benefit of providing bacteriostatic properties by helping to control the bacterial growth.

Stabilized Hydrogen Peroxide:
Assisted Cleaning Oxidizes tough to remove soils and residuals. Less time waiting for your instruments to be cleaned.

Keeps Small Lumens Clear:
Helps prevent biofilm, organic debris build up and reduces maintenance activities.

Bacteriostatic Performance: Stabilized Hydrogen Peroxide provides a bacteriostatic claim helping to control bacterial growth in the In-Use solution.

Heat Not Required: Does not require special equipment, or take time to reach optimal performance temperatures. Use at Room Temperature.

Occupants and users are not exposed to harmful chemicals. Maximum indoor air quality. No Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs).

Directions for Use
Manual Cleaning
Dilute Accel Wash at 1:128 at 20ºC into a container. Place instruments into the solution for 3 to 5 minutes using agitation when required. Remove the instruments, rinse with potable water, inspect for cleanliness and proceed with the appropriate disinfecting step. Change solution daily or as needed.

Ultrasonic
Dilute Accel Wash at 1:64 at 20ºC into an ultrasonic machine holding tank (Note: The use of hot water is not recommended). Place the instruments into the ultrasonic machine and run for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove the instruments, rinse with potable water, inspect for cleanliness and proceed with the appropriate disinfecting step. Change solution daily or as needed.

Automatic Machine Processing
Dosing may be manually or automatically fed. For use with heated water up to 60ºC (140ºF). Dilute Accel Wash at 1:128. Place instruments into the solution for a 5 minute cycle time. Change solution for each automatic wash cycle.

Cart Washing
Dosing may be manually or automatically fed. For use with heated water up to 60ºC (140ºF). Dilute Accel Wash at 1:128. Change solution for each automatic wash cycle.

Notice to user
Accel Wash may not be suitable for all items. Please ensure that the instruments, equipment, device or material is compatible with Accel Wash. Compatible materials include acrylic, rubber, low and High Density plastics and rigid stainless steel. Accel Wash may be corrosive to copper, brass, anodized aluminum, carbon steel and some coatings.
