*Please note that time-frames are based on major centres and more remote locations may incur additional delivery time.
Please also note that time-frames are based on 'IN STOCK' items only. At times vendors may not have inventory and our store may sell out of certain items. These items are brought in from vendors across North America and an order can incur a longer delivery time frame than listed above.

**All Special Orders/Larger Equipment/Equipment Bundles will incur additional shipping times as these items are not in local inventory.
Standard time-frames reflect a minimum of 2-3 weeks for all equipment orders - please plan accordingly.

Delivery is charged per order and not per item and is applicable to taxes.
Heavy items may be subject to additional shipping charges. We will contact you in the event that additional charges apply.

Delivery in Canada (1-8 business days), standard package rates:

BC AB SK MB ON: $10.95
PQ, NS NF PEI NB: $14.95
NT, NU, YT: $22.95

Delivery in USA (7-12 business days), standard packages:
$16.95 Canada Post / USPS
Please note that some items may be delayed when crossing through US/Canada customs and delivery can be longer than expected. Non mainland US destinations and/or military locations also see a longer delivery time frame via customs.
**Individual items may have additional shipping due to an item's weight (boxes of plaster, 4L jugs of liquid, etc). Please make note of your shipping fees prior to confirming your order.

**All orders will be emailed a tracking number that can be tracked below (click either logo to track your package):


*standard orders (up to 2kgs or 4.4lbs) over $250.00 in sales will have complimentary shipping extended. This may be extended to additional orders based on individual packaging requirements.

Return Policy
Timeframes and Applicable Restocking Fees;
*29 days or less from delivery: 15% of total price of returned items
*Between 30-60 days from delivery: 25% of total price of returned items
No returns accepted outside 60 days from receipt of product.
All items must be returned pre-paid shipping and in resell-able condition.
Credits or refunds are issued only to the original purchaser/account/credit card and upon confirmation from a representative of Premier Medical Supply (Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number required).
**INSTRUMENTS: If any instruments are being returned for any reason they must be sterilized prior to shipping to us and received in sealed packaging. Unsterilized instruments will not be accepted for returns or warranty claims.**
